I have studied Naturopathic Nutrition and I incorporate this into my Reflexology treatments.

Naturopathic Nutrition uses food as a healing tool and uses natural effective techniques to enhance the body's healing powers and to provide relief from a variety of conditions.

This is based very much upon you as an individual and is offered as an 'outside' support for you, to enhance the Reflexology treatments.

My future plans are to offer full independent Naturopathic Nutrition consultations, so watch this space!
