Hayley Holden

I studied at the Caritas Natural Health Clinic gaining my Diploma in Reflexology.

I have furthered my knowledge by studying 'Maternity Reflexology' 'Male and Female Infertility' 'The Meridians and the five elements' in association to Reflexology and 'Toe Reading' at post graduate level.

I also hold a B.Sc in Natural Sciences with Biology from the Open University and a practitioner diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition with the UK School of Naturopathic nutrition.

I am currently working on a thesis about fertility which aims to research the natural side of enhancing fertility.

I fully believe in the power of Reflexology and have witnessed many success stories. I myself receive regular Reflexology treatments and thoroughly benefited from these during my pregnancy and post-natally.
